Customer service needs improvement. I made an appt online for an oil change. When I arrived to drop off the car the guy could not get his iPad to work then had to wait for him to drive the car in the shop to for an oil change. When I arrived to drop off the car the guy could not get his iPad to work then had to wait for him to drive the car in the shop to “check it in”. During pickup no one at desk but outside smoking. The employees seemed confused and rushed. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Too bad we do not have a Bommarito dealership here for service needs. I bought my car there and they are excellent! Jessica stayed true to her word when she said it had Ca kind and helpful, and I got a great deal on a CX-5 that I’ll be able to drive for many years. Jessica stayed true to her word when she said it had CarPlay installed, (but actually didn’t) so she had it installed for free at my convenience, and gave me a loaner car as well.
