A MOST pleasurable experience. We knew what we wanted and that was that. Very accommodating. Also ended up purchasing a second vehicle the same day after curiosity got the best of us. Again, absolutely NO pressure from Garrett. We so appreciated his demeanor and patience. Our trade-in value was fair, and Taylor in finance had all the paperwork organized and ready. Such easy transactions. This was by a wide margin the best car buying experience I've had in 20 years of car shopping. Vanessa was absolutely fantastic, and I will definitely refer anyone shopping for a car to her. At no time did I feel like anyone was trying to take advantage of me, upcharge me, or pressure me at all. The finance manager was great as well. What a great experience at this dealership! I was communicating with 5 different Mazda dealers for the best deal and Mazda of Elk Grove beat them all. It began with John over the phone and tex I was communicating with 5 different Mazda dealers for the best deal and Mazda of Elk Grove beat them all. It began with John over the phone and text. John was very courteous and professional. When it came time for me to go to the dealer John was not available so Nick took over. We prearranged a time with Nick and asked for 2 different models to be ready to view and compare. When we arrived at the dealer everything was ready to go. They had actually sold the particular vehicle that I received a quote on, but they ended up honoring the price on the same model, but with more options installed for the same price! Nick knows his Mazda's inside and out and his service and attitude were impeccable ! And then there was Antonio in finance, great attitude and made the process go seamlessly. Everyone we encountered during our time there was very friendly and welcoming. We love our new CX-5 and I would highly recommend this dealership! More
