I was pre approved by capital one, we went through costco auto program, so obviously good discount, talked the the sales person Eric Fernandez, he confirmed they do use capital one. Wasting our time, ridiculous customer service, Eric Fernandez senior manager did not even bother to come explain what happened, all of a sudden telling us we have new owners and capital one is not yet set up. What a shame about this,such a huge dealership Elk grove Mazda,giving cheap excuse. If there was an option of zero rating,I would do that!!!!!!! More
