I purchased a new CX5 from them 4 years ago, and returned yesterday to replace it with a new 2016 CX5. Garrett Oxnaes and Steve Wray handled both of my purchases, and the reason I returned for the new purchase was because of these two gentlemen. Both are friendly, courteous, professional, and extremely easy to work with and negotiate with. I only hope they are both still there when I decide to purchase my next vehicle in several years. I have also done all of my vehicle servicing at this dealership, and their service department is top of the line, too. I love this dealership and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. More

That's the car! My wife was having her car serviced at another dealership so we took a stroll around the automall to see what there was to see. While at Mazda she was attracted to the CX3 as was I. We looked at a few other models but then had to leave. On our way out she pointed to a Miata parked out front away from the other MX5s and looking a little lonely. Why? Because it was a 2008. That just happened to be the very model year I coveted to replace my 2000 Miata. The closer I got the better it looked until quite honestly it looked barely used at all. In fact it had less than 40,000 miles on the odometer and was virtually pristine bumper to bumper. The service department had gone through it in great detail. The car's history and service records explained alot as to why this car appeared to be in such great condition. I promised myself that I would return the next day to meet with a sales person. Enter Nick Ishihara. Nick was extremely knowledgeable about Miatas and was able to answer any questions that came to mind. I went home to sleep on the deal and returned the next morning with pen in hand. Nick's easy manner and his knowledge and enthusiasm of the cars he is selling was comforting and most welcome. A very good buying experience for this customer. Steve Wray was very helpful in financing. He took extra time with me to explain that yes I could purchase the 60 month/100,000 mile extended warranty for this eight year old car and yes the warranty covered all those little idiosyncratic issues that can pop up with a Miata of this age. Once papers were signed Nick took me for the tour of the facility and introduced me to folks in the service department. I even talked with a mechanic who had spent some time with this car in preparing it for sale. I talked with Kyle about some of the changes and improvements made to the Miata from 2000 to 2008. Honestly instead of this rambling dissertation I could have simply said, "great car great people great purchasing experience" but it was really so much more than just that. Thanks guys and a special thanks to Nick for going out of his way to make it so. I would like to take a moment to comment on what John Driebe has accomplished here since opening the Mazda of Elk Grove dealership. When I had my final experience with the service department at the old Senator Mazda dealership on Florin Road back in the day I made a note to myself to never buy another Mazda. As much as I appreciate Mazda's creative and forward thinking and lack of fear to introduce some pretty bold engineering ideas to the market I was just done with the shaky goings on at Senator. It was even rumored that Mazda was done out here and would just stick with their Roseville store. Then along came Mr Driebe who in just three years or so turned the south county Mazda experience from Worst in NorCal to First in the nation. Truly amazing. More
