Not only was the salesman friendly but he really took the time to explain the features of the CX-5. He came up with an easy and inexpensive solution to the only issue (wind noise) I had with the car, window deflectors. Highly recommend this dealership. More

Overall great experience Great experience overall. Dealers were able to work with us and our budget. Got us the exact car that we wanted for a reasonable price. We could only put a max of 5k down with our card, because they didn't want the fees. We didn't have cash/check with us and the banks were closed that day so we had to take a loan out for the rest. I called and talked to Jaik who arranged for us to bring the car back and they arranged for a rental car for us. We took the car back and Jaik met us and took us over to the detail shop where we picked up the rental car. We came back the next day and the car was ready for us. The staff at the detail shop was very courteous to us. We went back to the dealership and Isiaha helped with some technical questions on the Navigation System and answered a few basic questions. I picked up my new baby the next morning and was delighted by the level of service delivered by Matt and Francisco in finance. Matt's demonstration of the vehicle's features was the most thorough and educational I've ever received. I literally had no questions about it when his presentation was complete. I loathe buying cars. This was the first time I'd ever left a dealership with confidence in the process and a smile on my face. More
