For anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, I definitely would recommend Mazda of Elk Grove as your first (and probably only) stop. From the moment you step foot in till you leave, it's a great experience! We made our first purchase here with Garrett some years ago. We honestly didn't know he was still with the dealership, and didn't look for him beforehand. However, Nicholas was awesome from the very start. Very honest, upfront, not pushy at all. We enjoyed being able to just talk with him. He was very friendly, yet professional. We really feel he did his best to get us a great buy, and we're extremely happy with our new Mazda CX-5. We saw Garrett later inside the dealership, and were really happy he's still there. He remembered us, came over, said 'hello' and chit chatted some. Our finance guy, Kyle, was great too! This is probably the part of purchasing a new vehicle that everyone dreads. Never knew anyone to ever make this part of signing/initialing 10+ documents so pleasant. Kyle was amazing! Great Experience I called this dealership several weeks ago and Isiaha invited me to come and test drive the Mazda CX-5, which we did the following day. Isiaha wasn't I called this dealership several weeks ago and Isiaha invited me to come and test drive the Mazda CX-5, which we did the following day. Isiaha wasn't available at the time and Matt stepped in an answered all our questions. He was very considerate of my husband who has a broken back and made sure he was comfortable while doing the test drive. There was no pressure to buy but we went back on 8/30/2016 to pick up our car, which was CX-5 Touring in the Deep Crystal Midnight Blue, which they transferred in from anther dearlership prior to our arrival. We had everything pre-approved and it was a seamless transaction due to the help of Isiaha and Grant the day before. When we arrived Trent made sure that everything got started until Matt arrived and finished our paperwork. Then went to Francisco in Finance and then back to Matt to go over the Technology in the car and then we drove home. We can' t say enough how great full we are for being treated with such curtesy by everyone at dearlership. Thank you for taking such good care of us. A+ and 5 Star rating for this dealership. More
