They Deliver! I live in the Bay Area about a 1.5 hour drive from Elk Grove. Mazda of Elk Grove was the only dealership within 100 miles of me to have the color/t I live in the Bay Area about a 1.5 hour drive from Elk Grove. Mazda of Elk Grove was the only dealership within 100 miles of me to have the color/trim/package I wanted for a 2016 CX-5. I was able to do all of the negotiations over the phone and paperwork over e-mail. When it was all said and done they drove and delivered the vehicle to my place of work and picked up my old vehicle (which was traded in) without me stepping foot in their dealership once. I can't say enough about Ratish who was very attentive to my phone calls without having ever met me. While I wouldn't recommend buying a car strictly over the phone without testing the vehicle for ones-self, I was very happy dealing with Ratish and the team in purchasing the exact vehicle that I knew I wanted. Best Dealership Experience Ever I walked into this dealership without having made any phone calls or emails to anybody and was promptly greeted by Rachel Smolich. Rachel was extreme I walked into this dealership without having made any phone calls or emails to anybody and was promptly greeted by Rachel Smolich. Rachel was extremely nice, friendly, and offered to let me drive the Mazda 6 without me even having to ask. I was deciding between the Mazda 6 and the Subaru WRX. Walking into this dealership, I actually was leaning towards the WRX more so. Within minutes of talking to Rachel, we were headed for a test drive. I was pleasantly surprised with her knowledge of the vehicle as well as her extreme kindness. When we went back into the dealership, she asked if she would want me to run some numbers on the Mazda 6 and I said sure. This is where Elk Grove Mazda excels and deserves to be the best dealership in the country. I came in here knowing exactly what invoice, MSRP, features, etc. etc. Needless to say, quite a bit of research is done on my behalf before I step foot into a dealership, and Rachel was able to pick that out. She came back after talking to Grant Salge (who was amazing by the way) and told me that this was their rock bottom number and they wouldn't be negotiating from it. Normally, the part I hate most about being at a dealership is playing the game, back and forth, crunching numbers. I knew what was a good deal, a bad deal, and an exceptional deal, and the number they gave me far exceeded my expectations. I didn't even try to counter them with another offer. I did not buy the car that day though. They told me the offer would be open until the vehicle was sold. I went back a few days later and met with Rachel again. Keep in mind, throughout the weekend, Rachel was texting me just to get updates on the situation without being pushy AT ALL. It was actually very welcoming. Grant was able to actually meet some demands I had in our deal and we went again and got it done. When I was going through finance, there was confusion with some of the numbers and Steven was ever so patient in explaining it to me over and over and over again. He even brought Grant in to double check the work and had Grant explain to me the confusion. They were both super nice about it and very thorough in helping me understand the paperwork. All in all, I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a Mazda. They will give you as solid of a deal as possible, and everybody that I encountered was primarily geared towards customer satisfaction, and less satisfying the "quota" to which a car dealership has to meet.
