The only thing I didn't care for was that the car we were interested in was not on the lot and instead of tellin The overall experience was painless. The only thing I didn't care for was that the car we were interested in was not on the lot and instead of telling us they drove the vehicle from San Fran to Elk Grove, which added more miles to the New vehicle and we have no idea how the drive treated the vehicle. It should have been transported on a truck or at least given us the option as to what we would have wanted. Love the fact that we get free car washes for as long as we own the vehicle. More
