I called on a Saturday and worked with Rachel, who never missed a beat providing estimates and photos. She even arranged to have the CX-5 delivered to my home, a two-hour drive. I knew immediately the CX-5 was too large for me. I panicked, with no idea what to do. Kudos to Rachel, who worked with me on her day off, calm and reassuring. The next day I brought back the CX-5 to exchange for a Mazda 3. Rachel explained in detail, with diagrams, how the lease process works. By far, my best experience was with Gary Oxnaes from Mazda of Elk Grove. He found the exact vehicle I was looking for, down to the exterior and interior colors. My salesman was Nick Ishihara. He was fantastic. Not only was he helpful and knowledgeable, he was also very kind, friendly, and made me feel at ease with buying a car. He genuinely wanted to find me the best deal, one that would work for me. He really exceeded my expectations. I know that if I have any problem with my vehicle that I always have someone/some place to help me out.
