After a 6-hour drive to Elk Grove, my partner and I were eager to get the vehicle purchase started. Wade was quick to greet us on the lot, but he was neither pushy nor negligent. Furthermore, we were pleasantly surprised when Wade treated us like HUMANS and not another pairing of IGNORANT CUSTOMERS. Although my partner and I are fairly young as well (both 29), we are no strangers to the car-buying experience and were quite burned out by salesmen (usually much older than us) treating us as though we were idiots. Needless to say I have done my fair share of walking away from a transaction gone wrong. Wade, however, made the entire process extremely pleasant and was very accommodating. We shared quite a few laughs and random stories. In addition, I could tell he was very earnest about expediting things so my partner and I could get back on the road. Our brief encounter with other employees of Elk Grove Mazda were rather nice too, so I truly believe that their high ratings are emblematic of a wonderful facility that strives to maintain customer satisfaction.
