He knew what he was talking about and didn't treat me like I didn't know what I wanted or what I was doing. The dealership couldn't find the spare keys but when they did Garrett personally drove to my house to drop them off. I live well out of their local area and contacted them because of their reputation - could have gone with a few different different dealers since I had to drive to one anyway, but I'm glad I didn't. I wanted a quick internet transaction, with high-touch attention for when appropriate. That's what I got. Garrett is my sales guy and he is superior, just great. One email sent with what I wanted. One reply back with an offer that was more than fair and we were essentially done. :) when I drove out to pick it up everyone I met was professional and friendly. Garrett was as good in person as in the ether. Steve in finance is a pro, amusing and distracting while doing his job - he reads his clients well. I am sure that if I had been less certain about what I wanted and needed some consultation with the team, they would have been equally great. Next time I'm looking for a car I won't consider going anywhere else. This is a great dealer team. More

Great Mazda Experience My husband and I came in to look at different lease deals that were advertised on the website. We were referred to Garrett Oxnaes, and were told he wa My husband and I came in to look at different lease deals that were advertised on the website. We were referred to Garrett Oxnaes, and were told he was a lease specialist... and let me tell you... he lives up to that title! He was extremely knowledgable in the mazda models/trims we were looking at, and provided lots of detail and information when explaining the car. One of the best things about him was that he was not overly pushy, like some have experienced in their car-purchasing endeavors. He made us feel very comfortable, at ease, and made the car-shopping experience fun and relaxing. I would definitely recommend that you ask for Garrett when looking for a great deal. We ended up getting the model/trim we wanted (a level up from the deal advertised on the website), in the price range we originally outlined, with very little down. This is the second time we have purchased/leased from Mazda of Elk Grove... they're the best. All in all, a great mazda experience! :) More

Extremely fast process and very friendly! I live out of the area and was in need of a new car rather suddenly. I called the dealership while I was at work on a Friday and spoke with Nick to fi I live out of the area and was in need of a new car rather suddenly. I called the dealership while I was at work on a Friday and spoke with Nick to find out some basic information and see what my options were. He was incredibly helpful and told me the steps to take to get everything started. I was expecting a lengthy process with a lot of back and forth and stress. This experience was the complete opposite! My boyfriend who lives in the area went in that same day to look at the car, Nick talked to him, gave him information about financing and I was able to have almost the entire deal talked about and completed while at work. By the afternoon of the same day that I found out I was going to need a new car, I pretty much had one! The following Tuesday I went in and signed the rest of the papers and picked up my new car! Nick made everything so simple and worked very hard to help me get this car. He made sure when I picked it up that he explained and showed me all of the features so that I knew how to use them and checked the next day as well to make sure everything was going okay and see if I had any questions. I can't stress enough how easy this was! I have already recommended this dealership, and Nick specifically, to all of my friends looking for a new car. It was well worth the drive to come to this dealership. I plan on having this car for awhile but the next time I'm looking for a car I plan on coming here.
