My parents told me about the great experience and excellent customer service they had here so i decided to check it out. We worked with Jaik and he helped us out TREMENDOUSLY! His customer service was excellent. He was very informative and explained to us anything and everything we needed to know about the car. The overall experience was STRESS FREE, and that is usually very hard to say when purchasing a vehicle. But here the whole thing was not stressful one bit, if anything it was a great experience. The way they took care of us is how every dealership should be. Jaik was very helpful along the whole process and wasn't pushy like most salesmen are, he didn't want to just throw us into any car and close the deal. He took the time to hear what we wanted, show us the car, and get me into the perfect car I wanted. The financing team was just as amazing, they got us a better deal than we had been expecting! I came looking for a 2014 Mazda3 but unfortunately all were sold out due to the end of the year sales. Kim was very helpful and patient as I decided on whether or not to buy a 2015 Mazda 3 instead. She listened to my car needs and did not try to sell me a fancier or more expensive car. We did not feel pressured at all! Steve worked with us on financing and gave me a good APR and both him and Kim made sure I was comfortable with my monthly payments. I knocked down a star on price because there were no sales/incentives on the 2015 model I purchased. We were there past closing time and they let us raid their snacks as we had missed dinner! The staff stayed there past 10:45 pm to finish up our paperwork, give us a tour of the service center, and walk me through my new car features. Kim noticed that the car needed further detailing and arranged for me to come back another day. She didn't need to do that but I think it reflects their level of customer service. Overall great, helpful, friendly staff! More

No pressure, a sales team that obviously puts customer service at the top of the list. I am not an easy person to please, but this team professional individuals deserves recognition for their dedication and commitment to serving their customers and providing them with a level of service that you will not find anywhere else. I previously purchased a 2014 Altima SL in July from their sister dealership next door and had the same fantastic experience. If you are looking for high pressure, lies, trickery and deception go to Roseville or Folsom. Easy, pressure free experience I went to many dealerships and got quotes online. I wasn't planning on purchasing a new car, however, after looking at my options (used Hertz cars, craigslist.. etc), it seemed as though Mazda had deals that were in the same ballpark figure (plus they were new, reliable and had warranties). I had gone to a few other Mazda dealerships and did not come across nearly the amount of friendliness or professional customer service. In addition, the staff really worked with me to get the best deal and listened to me as opposed to just trying to make a sale. I ended up with a 2015 Mazda 3i sv and couldn't be happier. Never did I expect to end up with a new car, let alone a 2015, but it was honestly the most practical, safe and economical option that I came across. I would highly recommend this car as well as this dealership in Elk Grove. P.S. You have to go to Garrett! More

He took the time to explain the benefits of Mazda ownership and how the features of the car worked. I have purchased five cars previously and have NEVER had such a positive experience. Nicholas was great! He remained both respectful and cognizant of my time, and did everything in his power to get me out of the dealership expeditiously . Nicholas, Anthony and Steve really listened to my desires and concerns, took care of me and worked with me to make it possible for me to walk away completely satisfied - with a new Mazda 6 - in the color I wanted and with an affordable price. The disappointment started with the Internet communications where the Manager didn't follow through by answering questions. At times it felt like I needed to establish credit worthiness prior to getting a straight answer. Joshua Williams of Elk Grove Mazda persisted by staying in touch with me over the many months and in December 2014 I paid an unannounced visit to the dealership. I was met at the door by Sales Manager, Anthony Triggs. I told him I was interested in looking at the CX-5 and he immediately called in Direct Sales Specialist, Nick Ishihara. Nick worked with me to determine the model and options that best suited my requirements. There was no sales pressure. Nick took the time and had the patience to work with me over several hours to put a deal together. We were able to work out a good trade-in and financing package thanks to Anthony and Nick. After the purchase of the CX-5 Grand Touring, the Elk Grove Mazda team provided incredible follow through and support. I needed tire cables and Natalie Neuner of Administration located and put them on hold for me at the next door Nissan Service Department. Natalie also insured that follow-up, add on service products were scheduled promptly. On Nick's day off he came in to install a couple of accessories I had purchased. That special effort was greatly appreciated by me. Service Manager, EJ Delano made sure that additional work was done to the highest quality levels. I had the opportunity to talk with some of the other customers in the waiting room. They all had a very good opinion of Elk Grove Mazda. After my experience of purchasing a vehicle and seeing a top notch dealership in action, I find I have the same opinion.
