I had been in many different dealership, Elk Grove Mazda is totally a different dealership. Jaik is a young sales consultant but he knows what he is doing. He has enough knowledge about cars and whatever he is totally a different dealership. Jaik is a young sales consultant but he knows what he is doing. I went to Mazda Quick Lube for an oil change & tire rotation; when I ran into John McAllister of used car sales for Nissan of Elk Grove. I had a few scratches on my front right fender & John understood rotation; when I ran into John McAllister of used car sales for Nissan of Elk Grove. I had a few scratches on my front right fender & John understood my needs. I had a few scratches on my 2013 Mazda 3i fender and I wasn't going to put in a claim with my insurance. He took my car and brought it back 15 minutes later...Scratches GONE! There was no charge! Who gives service like that any more! Nissan and Mazda of Elk Grove! I had to call the owner John Greibe(sp?) and brag on his staff. P.S. I also bought this Mazda from his dealership at a great price! My parents knew I was interested in buying a Mazda3 for a while. They surprised me one day when the decided to visit the Elk Grove Mazda and take a look at the car I wanted while I was at work. They met Ratish Singh that day and he immediately started taking a lot of the pictures and sent me the picture of the vehicle and called me back and went in great details discussing the vehicle in detail. I told my parents I was interested in the vehicle and they would bargain on my behalf. They later called me and they couldn't get the price. Ratish told my parents that he and the Sales manager would discuss it more and call back my parents. That night Ratish called my parents and they agreed to the price. The very next day I went to Elk Grove Mazda and met Ratish and my new car. My parents had nothing but great praises for Ratish and the Elk Grove Mazda dealership. They said it has been the most pleasant and stress-free car shopping experience they ever had. Ratish was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to talk with.
