Overall, great experience that exceeded my expectations, with me being the pain in their behind. I used to work in the car sales industry, and unfortunately for the dealership, there was no dancing around w with me being the pain in their behind. After looking at 4 different dealers to make the quick and out deal, they were the only ones who understood I am firm and very set in on the deal that worked for me. Mazda of Fort Myers was the second-lowest bidder, but the least "annoying" on my list; they made the whole transaction feel like it was worth every extra penny. My time is precious and being in and out in under 1.5 hours was crucial. Even a couple of days after the sale, they were able to address the concern I had on short notice. Joseph was phenomenal during the sales process, had EVERYTHING ready before my arivar. JR gave me the warranty option that met my long-term ownership goals without other add-ons that didn't matter in my book. My only note is that I am incredibly detail-oriented, and I wish I had the exact numbers for payments at the time of signing (it was under $2). Suggestion: Please invest in USB-C thumb drives for documents as an option. More
