We went to this dealership, lured in by a car we liked, thinking we had found THE vehicle we had been searching for. What a demoralizing experience. After wasting two hours here, we walked away disgusted, thinking we had found THE vehicle we had been searching for. What a demoralizing experience. After wasting two hours here, we walked away disgusted, fed-up, and empty-handed. Our salesperson falsely asserted that she was "going to go to bats for [us], get the best deal for [us], take excellent care of [us]..." - nothing could have been further from the truth. Car salesmen, right?? Why in the world did I ever believe that line of bull? She had as much weight as a toddler in a boxing match. After keeping us waiting for close to half an hour, the final price she returned with was HIGHER than the internet quoted price! These fools don't understand the art of negotiation and are willing to lose a car sale over mere hundreds of dollars. Bear in mind we disclosed that we were willing to pay cash but at the mention of that option the negotiations stopped. WTH? I guess they want to sucker you into financing so as to draw more money out of your pockets for, from the look of that dead place, they must sell one car a year - if that. We got a bad feeling dealing with these shysters, and if you don't care to take my word for it, then check out how continually empty their dealership sits -- it is a veritable ghost town! Thankfully there are myriad dealerships out there that are less confusing, more truthful and more caring to do business with. A cash sale of $30,000 and you couldn't care less? Shame on you and your holier-than-thou attitude. Learn how to treat people as human beings and not just dollar signs. More

There was no push towards the "new and top of the line trim" vehicle but a genuine concern to help me find what I was looking for. Anthony met us outside with a smile, patience and professionalism as well as responsiveness and humor. I was set on looking at 3 models with fuel economy, safety features and the overall ratings being important to me! This one touts 25city/31hwy! The handling of this 2.5L engine had more power that I expected as an SUV, when pulling out into traffic during the test drive! The interior of this beauty is clean and ergonomically thought out with "keep your eyes on the road" possible due to the position of the dials and knobs! They are where you'd naturally rest your arms and hands. So much thought went into that! And Government 5 Star safety ratings clinched my decision. Once the choice was locked in we sat with Michael Hall, the General Manager to negotiate the price. "UGH", right? Nope, think again. His no pressure, straight shooting, experience and knowledge allowed us to get the best deal possible. Then, in came CJ from the Service Department, with his friendly, dynamic smile, just to let me know the 1st oil change would be "on the house" and he'd see me in the recommended time frame to take care of "me". What a breath of fresh air! Next, we were sent on to the Sales Manager to sign the paperwork. "UGH" I thought again. Not with Keith. So impressed with his patience, explanations, accuracy, and although for him, probably a repetitive paperwork signing job, he seemed genuinely excited FOR ME. I plan on having this vehicle for a LONG time, but I am relieved and confident knowing that IF I need another vehicle, Mazda of FWB exists! I'd recommend this place to anyone . Suzy Edwards More

We test drove a few vehicles and they never hurried us or tried to turn fact finding visits into quasi-hostage situations. The lounge/waiting area was very nice and I was able to watch football, use the free wifi, and drink a free diet coke while waiting while they pulled up quotes and other information. No games with pricing that we could see. Their quotes were competitive and they didn't hesitate to print out and run through their pricing. More
