Happy as always I went in to have my brakes checked, but finally got my oil change done too. It was a pleasant experience the whole time. I brought my dog, as usual, I went in to have my brakes checked, but finally got my oil change done too. It was a pleasant experience the whole time. I brought my dog, as usual, and she was greeted with such love and excitement that I am so happy to be there, despite the distance that I have to drive. I showed up earlier than my appointment, but I was greeted so warmly by Avalon. I’m gonna miss her since she won’t be there anymore, but the other service advisors are really nice too and dote on my dog as well. My appointment was at two, but because they got to work on it right away, I was done by 2:32. More

New Car Purchase - IT SHOULD be Gladstone Yes, this was my first car purchase, and as everyone does, I did shop around with different dealers but the price Gladstone Mazda offer was THE Best i Yes, this was my first car purchase, and as everyone does, I did shop around with different dealers but the price Gladstone Mazda offer was THE Best in Portland/Hillsboro/Salem/Beaverton . I got a 2019 CX5 GT with Premium Package, the staff was very good in explaining all the details and help me with choose the best. There was a slight miscommunication between the sales and finance team. However they were able to sort it out and bring the best deal for me. Over all the experience was fantastic and the staff stayed over time (after closing hours) to make sure I have the complete experience. Definitely recommend everyone to this dealership. And Lynn you were wonderful. Great to meet you.!!! More
