I requested the music be turned down while I was waiting for David Goodwin to finish with my car and they immediately complied. The main reason for me driving from Salem to Gladstone is David. I know that he is a very competent mechanic and that when he does an oil change or anything else with my car, that he will also check for other possible problems and will not try to throw in a repair that is not required. As long as David is at your dealership, I will drive the distance. While processing my payment, the man and lady (sorry I am bad about names) that were working the desks and I were laughing and joking (and picking on David) which makes paying a bill a positive experience. By the way, I took advantage of the free car wash at the Chevron and I will not go back there again. My car is as dirty as when I pulled in, just FYI and no reflection on your dealership. More
