Ted has been very responsive, very well informed, up front, and most importantly, not pushy. He knows his product and he himself owns 2 Mazdas. He knows details of all the trims and the little differences between models and model years. This is very helpful information to have. Ted has also been very accommodating when it comes to arranging test drives or being able to pop in and see specific things with various cars. We were able to text him a date/time of when we wanted to come and he'd have the car(s) ready and waiting. Ted has also been very patient with us through the process as we took our sweet time shopping around, he never pushed us to make a decision, he never bad mouthed the competition, and he never treated us like we weren't his number 1 customer. I think Ted is a great asset at Mazda of Gladstone and I wish more car sales representatives were like Ted, he should teach a class. Thanks for all your help Ted. More
