Manny was great I dealt with the dealership 90% of the time via the internet/email at first (that's the way I wanted to do it). I initially started dealing with all t I dealt with the dealership 90% of the time via the internet/email at first (that's the way I wanted to do it). I initially started dealing with all the Mazda dealers within 60 miles. When the smoke cleared Mazda of Gladstone and one other dealer were offering me the best deal on a new 2017 CX-5 Grand Touring. So at that point I had to use a factor other than price to chose which dealer I was going to buy my car from. It came down to Manny. He was great. As all my communications with all the various dealers at this point was by the written word via emails, Manny's words always felt "real" as opposed to being sales speak. He also impressed me as the most honest of the various sales people I was dealing with which was important to me. When I went into the dealership everything went great except for two small things which I'll describe a little later. When I got there the first major goal was the test drive. The car has lots of bells and whistles on it so Manny gave me an extensive overview of everything before the test drive began. We even paired my phone and we listened to "my" music during the test drive!. I had read for months about the CX-5 so I was sure that was the car I wanted, but I had never actually driven one. Luckily actually driving the car met all of my expectations (and even exceeded them). I knew it was supposed to be a really "fun driver" and it was. But for example I was surprised about how well the seat fit my body - very comfortable. Back at the dealership after the test drive, Lynn was also very nice and had some additional information about the car to share with me. The first small snafu I had buying the car was I forgot to bring my insurance card to prove to Oregon DMV (registration) that I have insurance. I had to call my insurance company to ask them to FAX the information to the dealership and I could not get through to a representative on the phone (got put on hold with the elevator music). Finally after what seemed like forever I got through and then that problem was solved. Of course this problem was my fault and had nothing to do with the dealership. The other small problem seemed perfectly acceptable to me. As it was the end of the year and there were so many other people buying cars at that particular moment, I had to wait my turn with the F&I persons. No problem, Manny stayed with me the whole time (even though I said he could go off and do some of his chores if he needed to while we wait) and we had a good BS session (about the car and other stuff too :) ). When my turn came up to do the money stuff it was quick and painless. Summary: I would recommend buying a car from Manny and Mazda of Gladstone and I LOVE my new CX-5. More

I drove several cars and on the last day spent most of the day there and at the last minute changed my mind to a different car. They rolled with the punches. Manny had an appointment with another customer so we ended the transaction with Ted and David. Again a positive experience. We did not feel pressured at any point and the final transaction was made easy. I would highly recommed them to anyone looking for a Mazda. More

I was impressed by how easy they made it for me to get not only what I wanted but offered me an even better deal with a higher trim level vehicle. Manny Vargas contacted me almost immediately after I had submitted an inquiry through TrueCar.com. He asked me questions and listened to what I told him I wanted in my new car. To my surprise he delivered a great deal the very next day. I was looking at a Mazda CX-5 Touring (because another dealership told me that's what I could get into for my budget) and he informed me that I could get into a Grand Select because the incentives were better. He listened and managed to stay very reasonably close to my budget. When my husband and I went to see the vehicle the next morning, I was impressed at how easy EVERYONE at this dealership made this transaction. I love my new Mazda and will definitely recommend them to friends and family. Mazda of Gladstone is worth taking your business to. More
