Amazing So I’ll keep it short and sweet! Basically was in the market for a different vehicle than the one I had, I like Mazda’s so I came to this dealership o So I’ll keep it short and sweet! Basically was in the market for a different vehicle than the one I had, I like Mazda’s so I came to this dealership on Mcglophlin Blvd. I get nervous at places like dealerships because I had a terrible experience at Treasure Auto right down the road as my engine caught fire a month after getting the mazda. SO! Going to this dealership I left with a brand new Mazda and had a great guy, Alex Parra, who helped me with every question I had.. he specifically made this experience special as I bought a brand new vehicle.. it was a huge deal for me but I’d say Alex made everything smooth and he even brought us lunch because the process was cutting into out lunch time! I mean who does that! What a great gesture of kindness! I’ve had nothing but positive with the new vehicle since leaving the lot and anytime I have a question Alex is there to answer.. I don’t feel like I’m bugging him even on his days off e answers and helps.. he’s over-all nice, great smile, smart and charming! I’d recommend him to anyone anyway to deal with while being in the market for a new or used vehicle.. Alex Parra is my go to guy and I 100% recommend him to anyone.. thank you Mazda dealership and Alex especially! Happy holidays! Raven More

Great first time car buying experience This was my first time buying a new car, so I had a lot of questions and took quite some time to make a decision. She was very responsive and was able to thoroughly answer all of my questions. I was interested in the CX-5 so we took it out a couple different times for a test drive. Carmen was very knowledgeable about the car and all of the safety features. When I was ready to make my purchase, Carmen connected me up with Chad who offered me a great deal on a CX-5 that had just arrived on the lot. Unfortunately, Carmen was with another customer when I came in after work that day so she introduced me to Lynn who walked me through the car buying process. Lynn was so great! She showed me all of the features on the car and helped me get my phone and favorites set up before leaving the dealership. I met with Jonathan to discuss financing. He did a great job of explaining extra features and maintenance plans without me feeling pressured to buy anything. Both Lynn and Jonathan stayed until after 10 PM on a Thursday to make sure all of my questions were answered before I left the dealership. Lynn was even willing to drive my old car home for me because I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to have a friend bring me back to get it. Such great customer service! I was a little hesitant about what to expect when buying a new car for the first time, but everyone that I worked with at Mazda of Gladstone was incredibly helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Great inventory, great price, and wonderful salespeople! Mazda of Gladstone was the only dealer in the Portland metro area that had the car I wanted in stock (CX3 GT AWD w premium package) in the exact color Mazda of Gladstone was the only dealer in the Portland metro area that had the car I wanted in stock (CX3 GT AWD w premium package) in the exact color combination I wanted, so I did not have to settle or wait. Everyone was very friendly and did not make an already naturally stressful process any more stressful or uncomfortable that it had to be. It was actually quite enjoyable. I thought everyone was very friendly. I actually left another Mazda dealership because the salesperson was rude to me when I tried to negotiate, and I felt pressured and manipulated by him. My first point of contact was Sarah. She is great. I knew what I was looking for (CX3 with certain packages) and wanted to know the price via email. She was very responsive to my emails. I had a really great test drive with her that was pretty long and allowed me to test the car how I would normally drive it. When I went into the store, Sarah introduced me to Lynn and I worked with her as well. Lynn was open and friendly and genuine. I purchased the car the next day and worked with Manny. Manny was nice and thorough and very helpful. He walked me through the purchase of the car and gave me an overview of the car. Then we sat in the car together and he helped me get some preliminary things set up and invited me back if I have additional questions. Sarah, Lynn, and Manny were really wonderful to work with. As a single woman who went into the dealership by myself, I really liked that women worked there. Overall, Mazda of Gladstone is a great dealership! Everything was ready to go when each time I went down there so I did not have to wait. I received personal attention. I drove down there from Portland to purchase the car because I could not get what I wanted in Portland. More

Certified 2016 Mazda CX-5 Alex helped us each step of the way. We were at first interested in a new CX-3 and realized it’s juat a little small for us. He contacted us a couple days later and let us know he had a certified CX-5 that we might be interested in. He was right we came down and made a deal. He was amazing. Also got us some all weather floor mats and was able to get a second key from previous owner. He is the guy to see!!!! More

Lynn was very helpful in negotiating a rate for our lease and answered all of our questions and concerns. We had communicated via email and over the phone for about a week until we were ready to get the car. She and the team were worth the 35 min drive to the dealership. I would recommend her, and this dealership, to anyone!! More

I was able to get my payment lowered and into an upgraded version of my vehicle. Satisfied customer, my experience was turned around.
