Originally stopped here just to start the journey of buying a car. Wasn't even sure if I was interested in buying a Mazda but the dealership didn't give that horrible car buying experience! Checked out a few others and ultimately went back to this dealership. The people weren't pushy like some others that I had encountered. The real selling point was that the saleswoman Erin made the car buying experience the best experience I've ever had when buying a car. My mother and I were both looking for cars, at that point we weren't sure if we wanted new or used. I had kept checking CarGurus and had read some reviews about other dealers in Hillsboro, so my mother and I made the trip out there. Not sure if that dealership didn't think we were both serious about buying but they ended up being inexperienced and pushy. I had stayed in contact with Erin for over a month and my mother and I had already decided that we really wanted to give Erin the opportunity to sell 2 cars in one transaction, I immediately text Erin to see if she was working and she was. Still wasn't sure about what year we wanted but we went armed with lots of research! I could stretch this out but a really long story short my mom and I purchased 2 of the CX-5s and even got the 2021 as they didn't have 2 of the ones we wanted in the 2020s. HUGE KUDOS to Erin! She had her first 2 at the same time sale! If you go to MOG definitely see Erin! Had in not been for Erin they may have not had the sales. Erin is a gem and they are lucky to have her on their team!
