I got an official Mazda roof rack and rails put on my car. Once the parts were in stock they called me right away to schedule installation. Took car in for its 45,000 service. Tech found that our tires were getting close to needing to be replaced, so he refused to do the wheel alignment and balancing, figuring it would be a waste of money, sin tires were getting close to needing to be replaced, so he refused to do the wheel alignment and balancing, figuring it would be a waste of money, since we were going to replace the tires within a couple of months. Saved us $140. Very thoughtful and honest. It's why I've never had our CX-5 serviced anywhere else. More

Mazda of Gladstone is customer oriented. The service area is the best I have ever had in 65 years of car ownership.
