I was a mechanic for 26 years. I change my own oil every 3500 miles and air filter at 7000 miles. It was involved in a minor fender bender while it was sitting in a parking lot. Bumper cover was replaced at a body shop. Yes, it doesnt show oil changes as I am more competent than most oil change techs. Yes, it did have a minor fender bender which only caused cosmetic damage. These people dont deserve any business. Mazda will never get any of mine. More

My concern was immediately addressed and I was completely satisfied with the result. I felt they made every effort to be fair and accomodating.
