great salesman, terrible manager I went to the mazda of new rochelle because they were open later than other mazda dealers. Mason was very friendly and knew a lot about the car (more than other salesman I have talked to before). During the negotiation process we didn't come to an agreement about the price/trade in value. I was ready to leave but he insisted that his manager Ibrahim Dincer wanted to talk to me. He, on the other side was very pushy and extremely rude. Needless to say I walked out really bothered. Mazda of New Rochelle would be a better place without this guy who has 0 people skills. More

My overall feelings about Ms. Castaneda on a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate her a 10. She was patient, willing to go an extra mile to get the job done so that I could get the car on the same day of my purchase and she did it. It showed me that she wasn't just trying to sell a car because it's her job, she wanted to make sure I was happy but most of all she wanted to make my son whose going off to college happy,the car was being purchase for him. I found the perfect car for my son that will last him a good couple of miles long and I'm thankful to Ms. Castaneda and the rest of the staff @ Mazda of New Rochelle. We are truly "Happy Campers". I like to think I know a lot about cars but Tiesha took the time to point out things about the Mazda 3 that I never new. I shop around and right off the bat she came in with numbers cheaper than the other dealer I visited. The main reason I stuck with Mazda of New Rochelle is that they were smaller and more personable than the other dealerships I visited. They went out of their way to answer all my questions and address my concerns to prove their worth. Tiesha will be the first person I call for my next car purchase! More
