"I found this car on the dealer's website, as you can see in the picture, Stock #10069 for $23,290. I contacted the dealer and spoke to Angel (sales rep). He told me the car was sold. He offered me anoth see in the picture, Stock #10069 for $23,290. I contacted the dealer and spoke to Angel (sales rep). He told me the car was sold. He offered me another one with an accident report, but I refused to purchase it. After almost a week, I found the car I wanted available on the dealer's website with the same stock #10069, and the price reduced. It's listed for $23,043, as you can see in the attached picture. As a result, I contacted the dealer, and Angel told me it was sold. I explained to him that it was impossible for it to be sold since the price changed today. He told me maybe the customer did not pick it up. I offered to pay $22,000 and pick it up today. He told me his manager said $22,500. I agreed, and he sent an invoice with a miscalculation. He added an extra $988. I corrected the calculations and sent them to him. He then updated the invoice and added $995 for dealer-installed equipment! Please see the invoice attached. To confirm further, I decided to pursue the purchase online to check if there were any service or equipment fees to be added. I got the price without any fees as you can see in the picture. Today I came in to see about offers on an upgrade for my Mazda CX-30 2022. Charles let me know I had a year remaining on my lease. I asked him to see if it would be possible to upgrading to a newer vehicle Mazda CX-30 2022. Charles let me know I had a year remaining on my lease. I asked him to see if it would be possible to upgrading to a newer vehicle with more space. Charles was very positive on the options for my new car purchase. I told him see what you can do because I'm ready to upgrade. Charles showed me the CX-50 & I liked it at first but than I saw the CX-90 & I was impressed on the first look. So Than I told Charles to work numbers on numbers for the CX-90 2024. Charles impressively got me into the CX-90 for a great price. I'm forever grateful with the deal Charles got for me and my family. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends. Thank you so much More
