The dealership personnel were professional and very courteous. The dealership waiting area was very clean and accommodating. The bathroom I might say was one of the cleanest bathrooms I ever been in. The car was ready in a timely fashion complete with a walk around video explaining everything that was checked on the vehicle. I did receive an estimate on 2 parts for the vehicle. The driver side protector covering the mirror was clipped by a passing truck so that was a minor accident and we understand the cost of that part. The gas lid cover came off on a very cold winter day and we still have the cover. We don’t understand why we to pay for a part that we still have and we feel that the manufacturer should put the part back on for no charge. It can’t take but 5 min to put cover back on. No need to nickel and dime us for a part that came off that shouldn’t have come off. I had many cars and never had the gas lid cover just come off like that. Other than that we are happy with the vehicle and the dealership. More
