Above and Beyond Our Expectations Just got our 2nd Mazda from New Rochelle and I never thought it would be easier than the first. Our sales consultant, Lily Memija, Manager, Sebastian Just got our 2nd Mazda from New Rochelle and I never thought it would be easier than the first. Our sales consultant, Lily Memija, Manager, Sebastian Bergonzoli and General Manager, Philip Van Riper went the extra mile. They even had a big red bow waiting on top of the car because they knew it was for my daughters birthday! When I got to the dealership, the car was upfront and ready to go. Lily took a lot of time to show my daughter all the ins and outs of the car. She was extremely knowledgeable and by the time we left her phone was hooked up and she was comfortable with all the new features. Thank you Mazda of New Rochelle for your outstanding service. I truly recommend this dealership and look forward to getting my next new car from there. More

I did not like the integrated version so they gave me the upgraded version of it and it's not perfect but it is def better than the original. I dealt with Marsha, Greg, and Ivan who were all very concerned with my issue but also took the time to get to know me. I've spent a day over there and it was like I was just hanging out on my day off. I would recommend this dealer to anyone! More

Like literally no working phone to communicate with about service in progress. Men (yes, all men) working there say there is no way to escalate a concern, simply saying there is a “group” of owners but no actual person. A service manager told me he had worked there for 3 years and that he knew if no customer who had been able to escalate a complaint. I was given the GM number but it is the same non-working number. So many other places to go in Westchester County. Turn your car off the road and drive away from here as fast as you can. More

I was told they would attempt to locate one at another dealership and if unable to do so, they would then order me one. During the forty-four (44) days that followed my having left a $1,000 deposit, my calls were often disconnected and never returned. On day #44, after leaving an irate message with who ever answered the phone, my call was returned - one lie after another. I have begun a lawsuit to get my $1,000 deposit back. If you want to be treated like a valued customer by a professional staff, I would suggest taking a short drive to Riley Mazda in Stamford Connecticut. I went there on a Monday and my new car was ready for me to pick up on Wednesday! FYI - Mazda USA Headquarters at 800-222-5500 takes your dealership complaints quite seriously. I'm hoping they will be stepping in to assist me in obtaining my refund from New Rochelle Mazda. More

Lily asked significant questions and offered solid and honest advice about which model would fit my lifestyle the best as well as a reasonable price. Her efforts helped me narrow down my choices. Not once did I feel rushed, scammed or pressured into buying a car. Lily was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend consulting with her for your Mazda purchase! More

Everyone went on about how they will go above and beyond well into the future if I ever need anything. Wasn't much pressure to buy but all in all a very good experience when I was there. However, not long after I purchased my car, I noticed my fob (my car is keyless) did not have the physical emergency key inside as it's supposed to. Which basically means if my car battery dies I have no way to get into the car. Long story short, i've been calling, emailing, and online chatting for weeks with both service and management, with no response. I can't count how many times I've heard "we'll get back to you". I even attempted to text my salesman since he said he would assist well beyond the sales pitch. No response whatsoever. Honestly it felt like a different story when I first got there but its just another car dealership. It seems now that I've paid, I'm on my own now. More

Sadly instead of treating me better as a return customer, I was made to wait for 8 hours before I can get in the purchased vehicle. I complained to the manager, and did not help speed things up. We all know that it takes forever at a car dealership, but 8 hours is excessive by any standards. On top of everything I just received a call to come back for a missing signature. Seriously?? You kept me there for 8 hours and couldn't get all the paperwork in order. I will NOT come back under any circumstances. More
