I vote an original review because I received a car that had engine malfunction. After I was told it was completed the same issue arose. I want to be very clear, it has nothing to do with Chris. The service I received from Chris has been excellent. He is patient, explains everything, and truly concerns about the happiness of his client. He has excellent client service skills and is an asset to the company is the only reason why I would consider a Mazda in the future. He worked to get me a credit and he worked to set it up so that when the car is ready, it will be delivered to me. I just want to thank Chris More
Car has only 1k miles and engine failure came on I live 1.5 hours from dealership and had to bring it back I went back, picked it up and 40 mins into my ride home the engine malfunction light came on agai 1.5 hours from dealership and had to bring it back I went back, picked it up and 40 mins into my ride home the engine malfunction light came on again I had to drive another 1.5 miles back Turns out service department did not follow their "flow chart" all the way to the end I also had to buy a new FABley bc I lost one It cost me over $500 so I asked for a discount since I spent 6 hours in total driving back and forth and will spend another 3 when car is ready and I was denied Very disappointing service It's a shame because I love the CX 50 but will be hesitant to buy again in future More

Not a pleasant experience dealing with the service team. Tend to give you the run around to skirt fixing issues under warranty. My entire visit was pleasant especially Amanda at the front desk, great customer service. She kept me informed of every step of the service. I have never had a positive experience with the dealership. My last experience was, I came in for an oil change and it took roughly 4 hours. When I first bought the car, the entire electrical system went to crap Had to be re-ordered from China, which took roughly 12 weeks which and during this time there was zero communication zero updates if I didn’t seek out the information and it wasn’t given. Also, when I bought the car, the gentleman I bought the car from never put in the information correctly so it was a back-and-forth for weeks to get the correct information to finalize the purchase. Everybody makes mistakes but this place makes mistakes every day which is a problem. This car had nothing but problems from the beginning. It is essentially a lemon by the standards of the state of New York. However, when it was brought up to the dealership of all these problems, they never rectify them. This is not a place I would go to buy a car. More
