Their mechanics were not out of work So I scheduled my appointment. The employees in the service department are extremely nice, explained everything to me, it was extremely fast (maybe 35 minutes? Based off of tv show playing in lounge) I will be returning. They were awesome. More

Sandy Tydd is superb! Sandy is super responsive to my inquiries of a few new vehicles. She provides me the best price among several mazda dealerships I have contacted. She is honest and explains clearly in her email that the destination fee is included in her quote and what will be added to the quote (like tax and doc fee). And, of course, she honored her quote. Sandy provided me a few car options via emails on a Saturday afternoon, then I quickly decided to visit the dealership on the next Monday, driving 100 miles from Indiana. I was not disappointed at all. It was a pressure-free car buying experience. Sandy was super helpful on my car selection and my payment options, making my life much easier. I would say the trade-in price is just fair, but that's about it. Generally, I would call it a great new car buying experience. After a week's driving, I can't tell how much I love my new Mazda 6! More

We were able to test drive 3 different models and choose the one that best suited our families needs. First New Car I flew to the Chicago area to help my daughter buy her first car. Long story short, Sandy and the dealership were first rate. The best part was after we had made the deal and went to pick up the car. Sandy took well over an hour showing my daughter about the car, test driving the car and explaining maintenance items and upkeep. This is after the sale! I had told my daughter many of the same things, but It was obvious that she put a lot of stock in what Sandy said. Highly recommended. More
