He really took the time to show me the In's and out's of my new vehicle. He showed me bumper to bumper interior and exterior what every button did and anything I could customize such as saving my home destination or saving my favorite radio stations. When it came to working out a deal he really did his best to get me to the price range I wanted to be in. When I originally went there to look at the vehicle, I did not purchase the vehicle that day but told him I was interested in looking around, he understood and gave me his card, he was not like other places that would call 6 times a day after I left, I did not hear from him again until I walked in and was ready to purchase, I was so extremely happy about that. I do not like being pressured and called 100 times a day to get me back in and I really appreciated the space I needed to have a clear mind on what I was looking for and to make the best choice and that when I decided the MAZDA vehicle was the one, he was there and ready to help me make the vehicle my own. Thank you for making me feel like you all were friends that were sharing my experience with me instead of salesmen out to make the deal ! I'd done my research, went two my first two choices, walked around their lots, and no one came out to sell me a car. Mazda was in my top two, so I went to CJ Wilson and Naseem sold me a Mazda. It is a great dealership, from Naseem, the number crunchers, and the service staff. Last Saturday, I got my second Mazda. Sold by, who else, Naseem. It's a great car, excellent mileage, excellent features, low maintenance, and fast. If your looking for a car, stop by CJ Wilson, a great car buying experience. More

Great car buying experienxe I had been looking for an suv for a few weeks, it popped up that they had a used Ford Explorer that was in my price range. I convinced my husband to g I had been looking for an suv for a few weeks, it popped up that they had a used Ford Explorer that was in my price range. I convinced my husband to go take a look at it. We show up and were immediately greeted by the used car manager (sorry I forgot your name ). I had told them I had called the day prior and talked with Dan about it. They tried to locate Dan and he was busy at the moment, so they sent us with another sales guy to take a look at the truck. Dan became available and we asked about numbers and what they could do to help us. We were going to trade in my husbands car (which was maybe worth 500 bucks) but my husband wasn't sold on getting the truck. The sales a manager came out and made a deal for his car that had us sold on getting the truck that day. They went above and beyond trying to help us get the best deal we could possible so we could walk out that day with the Ford Explorer. Every single one of them were super friendly and asking if we were thirsty and okay. Making us feel comfortable. When I'm ready for my next car, I know where I will be going to buy. CJ Wilson Mazda of Orland park was awesome and made our car buying experience super easy! Thank you all! More

Terrible Business Manager Overall, the actual sales process was standard. I was pretty happy with my sales person, Loui, as he was willing to work with us on price through the Overall, the actual sales process was standard. I was pretty happy with my sales person, Loui, as he was willing to work with us on price through the sales process and continued to be accommodating after the fact. However, the Business Manager which I worked with, Tangi Griggs was absolutely horrible. She was rude, unaccomodating, and continually unresponsive. She failed to fully explain all of the paperwork I was signing at the point of sale - as she explain one document as an acknowledgement form, and I later found out that i actually signed for something that was costing me $300. She flew through everything I was signing to get me out of her office as quickly as possible, and never did she indicate that one of the documents was actually costing me additional money. There were some issues with a settlement check I was to receive from insurance and everytime I reached out to give her status updates she was rude to me and acted as if I was not doing everything I could to get them their money as soon as possible. At one point, to try and resolve an issue with the bank, the customer service representive from the bank asked if i could try and conference the dealerships business manager in so they could speak directly. When I reached Tangi, she refused to speak with them and told me "I'm not the cashier so I don't know how they run these transactions", again acting as if I was only further inconveniencing her. I sent her multiple emails through the entire process regarding either further status updates on the down payment or asking her questions about what I could personally do for them to try and ease this process, as I was fully aware it was not ideal - all emails went unresponded to. I would love to be able to recommend this dealership, as I am very pleased with my purchase, however, the customer service shown by that dealership is seriously lacking and I would not recommend to anyone. More
