I was in at 9a and out in just a little over an hour. The facility is clean and everyone is friendly. Good job, CJ Wilson! More

All Mazda dealerships are not the same The salesman came in early to meet me which was nice of him but the vehicle that I was interested in purchasing was not there so I had to come back wh The salesman came in early to meet me which was nice of him but the vehicle that I was interested in purchasing was not there so I had to come back when it was returned. Asked the salesmen, Joe and Nick, if a remote start could be thrown in because my 2010 Mazda 5 had one and this was probably their easiest sale of the day. Both replied it was not doable--I could purchase one and have it installed-- but during the finance part, he had no trouble asking me if I wanted to purchase an extended warranty!! No, I didn't!! What I wanted was an additional incentive, a remote start. STILL WAITING FOR DELIVERY OF THE OWNERS MANUAL FOR THE 2015 MAZDA 5 which I did not receive with the car either. Also, thought a phone call asking how I was liking my new vehicle would have been a nice gesture or a thank you email from the dealership, but no. I did receive a reminder email that, without my knowledge, an appointment had been set up for my FIRST oil change WHICH I WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR. No freebies at this place. I was asked by a coworker today whose husband is interested in a Mazda if he should look at Oak Lawn Mazda or drive out the Orland world. I gave Oak Lawn Mazda a definite thumbs up. More
Good experience except.. I liked our salesman. He really knew how to demonstrate the vehicle capabilities on the test drive. I am pleased that the process was relatively painl I liked our salesman. At no point were we told we could only get XM with the Grand Touring AND the Bose sound system. We were under the impression, and never told the contrary, that the Sound System included XM. I made specific references several times about my desire for XM and was never told it wasn't on the vehicle we'd chosen. As a matter of fact I asked a final time when we were getting ready to leave and I was being shown the features and was just told that I had to call them myself to set it up. I feel I was lied to. I love the vehicle but am disappointed. More
