Above and Beyond I visited a few other dealerships while looking to purchase a new SUV. Most of the dealerships were friendly and courteous. The customer service that I received from CJ Wilson Mazda was outstanding, they went above and beyond the others. The first day I went there, they were closed, however a Sales person (Sandy) came out and asked me if I wanted a brochure and to look at the floor models. She answered all my questions that night (and all other days via text messaging and emails). The sales department listened to what I was telling them and understood that I was not going to buy a car the first or even the second time I drove a vehicle. There were no hassling phone calls and emails to have me come in. They made sure that I was well informed of the SUV capabilities and pricing. When it came to to crunch numbers, the Sales team understood what price range I was looking for and didn't hassle me to purchase the new SUV that same day, giving me time to determine if I wanted to add any upgrade options to the SUV, based on the payments. The financing person was informative and answered all of the questions. There was no push to purchase the extended warranties. My purchasing experience at CJ Wilson Mazda was the best that I have had when purchasing a vehicle. More

After 2 weeks of car shopping, I was all set to purchase a different car. I came to Mazda to see what they could do for me. I was greeted at the door by the general manager Kris K. He introduced me to Krystal who showed me the Mazda 3. After going for a test drive & discussing price, I knew that this was the car for me. In comparing previous cars in this classification, I got way more car for the same price as the competition. They listened to what I wanted in my new car and did not try to up-sell me. I was very pleased that I was treated with respect as I did not have my husband with me when I purchased the Mazda 3. I informed Krystal that I did not want to spend hours in the dealership waiting/completing the paperwork. The whole process took about 2 hours from the time I walked into the dealership to the time I drove home with my new car. Everyone was very friendly. I have had my car now for 1 month and I ABSOLUTELY love it!!! I would recommend CJ Mazda for anyone in the market for a new car. More
