He contacted me after I submitted my information online, regularly keeping in touch with me, rescheduling multiple times due to my schedule, always graciously. He was right there at the door of the dealership when I walked in. He consistently worked with me and finance, going back and forth to get me in my CX-9 Signature that I love. He even sent me a congratulations email the following day!! The fabulous plus with Otis is that he is very personable. I enjoyed our conversations as finance worked their magic. I don't remember the name of the man in finance who worked on my behalf with a couple of finance organizations, back and forth on the phone with them, to get me to the monthly payment that I needed. That was truly appreciated as well! I went into a different Mazda dealership and left feeling like my business didn't matter due to the way the salesperson and the finance individual at the dealership treated me. I had even reached out to Chevy dealers because I didn't know if I wanted to give Mazda my money. Otis and CJ Mazda in Orland Park have turned me into a loyal Mazda customer. Heated Seats Rudy communicated to me that Both seat heaters were working and only the Driverseat was when I picked up my car. The same as when I dropped it off. As of today only the Driver Seat is heating, not the passenger seat. I was told that he ordered me 2 new seat heaters. How can that possibly be the case if the passenger seat is not working?? More
