The negotiation experience was fairly easy to get her in the price range she needed to be at, and a car that wasn't stripped down. Jake helped her choose the right options and was extremely knowledgeable about Mazda's product making it easier to understand all the features on the car. She is very excited about her entire experience. Kris the General Manager was very helpful in locating her car from another dealership very quickly as they did not have the exact one for her in their inventory. Kris was also kind enough to add on the Ziridium protection package at no cost along with 3 free oil changes, something no other dealer was willing to offer, this really helps financially since she is a recent college grad. I would recommend this Dealership to friends and family. More

Instantly I was surprised, and happy, to see a dealership with an environment unlike the normal, stuffy, business suit dealerships. From the girl at reception to the passing workers, and especially from salesman Brad Price, I was welcomed and made to feel extremely comfortable. Brad took into consideration every one of my car needs and preferences, was incredibly easy to talk with while waiting for various things, he commuted to make sure I left with a car I was happy and comfortable with. He even stayed over 2 hours later than scheduled to make sure everything went smooth. I can't thank everyone, and especially Brad, enough for taking the time and care to find me my Mazda CX5 and to help me in making my decision. The CJ Wilson Orland Park location isn't just a dealership to me, it's a place I want to hang out at all the time! I'd recommend this dealership to anyone without hesitation. More

Great Customer service Chet was our salesperson and from the moment we walked in there was no pressure. We came in the next morning and purchased the car and he had it ready for me that afternoon. He gave me a tutorial on the car so that I was up and running when I left the lot. He told me that I could come back any time if I needed help and he even called the next week to make sure that I understood all the bells and whistles on the car. Overall it was a great experience. Without hesitation they said that that would not be a problem in my car would be done shortly. They finished in under an hour ! Poor experience purchasing a Mazda cx9 I purchased a vehicle here which was not "used" by the definition of a used car in the state of Illinois. The facility refused to recognize this and lied about the cars status and refused to provide warranties etc that come along with a new car-the initial sales associate we worked with had brought all of this to our attention the first day we visited. Also, once we got back there to purchase the vehicle it had nearly 10,000 miles on it but they refused to adjust the price for this. Finally, there was garbage found in the cup holders after the vehicle had been "cleaned up" for us. More
