Oil change and tire rotation I recently had my wife's Mazda3 serviced ... oil change and tire rotation. My question about why synthetic (more expensive) needed to be used was answ I recently had my wife's Mazda3 serviced ... oil change and tire rotation. My question about why synthetic (more expensive) needed to be used was answered well. It was recommended that in addition to the oil change, a tire rotation and other service (clean out fuel injector?) were recommended. I agreed to tire rotation, not to the other. Service agent was not pushy about the recommendation, which I appreciated since us consumers are leery of the "beyond what we need" service push that is too often part of the conversation when getting a car serviced. I will return to this service center. More

Vast improvement from Community Mazda This service department is a huge improvement from the old Community Mazda. I like having Mazda work on the car, but local mechanics are typically much cheaper for obvious reasons. In short, I've recommended the service department and Edyta to anyone that needs work done. Disappointed in Pricing I have always had a nice relationship with Edyta. She always treats me well. I can go to Jiffy Lube and get the same service for almost half the price. They wanted to sell an air filter for $49.00. Iwas able to buy one at Oreillys for $12.00 an install it myself,inless than 5 minutes.My wife;s car is a CX5 and we love it.It is the 3rd. car we have bought from you dating back when you were Community Mazda. I just get very irritated when all I want is an oil change ,and then be told about everything else that should be done. Most of unecessary.
