They did everything in their power to get me into the car i wanted at the price i wanted. We just traded in the Mazda 3 to a CX-5 for more space. We decided to lease the new one, my salesman Michael molinare was absolutely fantastic honest, and up front about every little detail. down to earth sales rep Great Sales Rep!! I saw a car on their website that was worth the 2hr drive. however before gong I wanted to make sure I would not waist my time or Great Sales Rep!! I called to inquire pricing and car fax info and they were more than willing to assist with what ever information I needed. The appointment was set at a great time with room for potential late arrival., When we got there, a well dressed sales rep came out to greet us and guided us to the person the appointment was scheduled with When we met my sales rep, she greeted us and offered beverage and a seat. I loved how she was dressed as well btw :) We took for a test drive and got back to finalize the offer and they worked with me answering credit and finance questions. overall it was a great experience with no fake sales attitudes or pitches. I loved her interaction with us and the trust feel that I was making a good deal and financial decision. This is my 3rd Mazda but 1st time financing a brand new on and I am glad we took the chance and drove the 2hrs to get it. More
