Mazda of Palm Beach on North Lake and Alt A1A in North Palm Beach has made the car buying experience an exceptional one. Our Salesman, Ben, was very busy when we wanted to see and test drive the car and Palm Beach has made the car buying experience an exceptional one. Our Salesman, Ben, was very busy when we wanted to see and test drive the car and still took the time to work with us and make us happy. Evan, the finance guy was very personable and made us feel right at home. Will, the credit guy was personable and extremely fast. We purchased a 2014 CX5 that was at a great price and we made an appointment with the service department to fix some issues, Darren was our service advisor and he was exceptional as well. The repairs took longer than anyone anticipated due to unforeseen issues but at the end of the day, they made it right and safe for the young driver it was purchased for, covering all expenses without question or discussion. We are VERY happy with the overall experience. More

I was very impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and courtesy of everyone I dealt with at this dealership. The trade-in they offered me on my 2015 CX-5 was very fair as was the price on the 2019 mo and courtesy of everyone I dealt with at this dealership. The trade-in they offered me on my 2015 CX-5 was very fair as was the price on the 2019 model I purchased from them. I've recommended the dealership to several friends and will continue to do so. This was a totally different car buying experience for me. I was greeted by the sales manager Jayson who told me they were very busy and one of the sales team would be right with me. Not a good sign. I figured if they were busy I wasn't going to be a necessary a sale. Nick was helpful without being pushy and at first I thought I was going home carless but that changed quickly. I always go in expecting the worst but was completely surprised when I walked out in less then 3 hours with exactly what I wanted. I also dread the finance guy. I don't remember this mans name (sorry) but he was fast, funny and a pleasure to work with as well. Thank you guys! A painless car purchase! More

Having service on my Mazda Miata at Mazda of Palm Beach was a pleasant surprise. The service was quick, friendly and the car came back washed.
