Great Customer Service Terry and Otis are the best I've ever dealt with. I came in to test drive the Range Rover and Terry made sure that I didn't have to wait even though h Terry and Otis are the best I've ever dealt with. When I returned, he immediately got me in with Otis. They had me approved in no time. Unfortunately, I didn't buy the car because I found a newer model but I understand good service when I see it. Quicker than expected Came in for 25K service. Dropped it off. I expected it to be ready later in the day because I had actually forgot about the appointment, and arrived 3 Came in for 25K service. Dropped it off. I expected it to be ready later in the day because I had actually forgot about the appointment, and arrived 30 minutes late. They were done in a little over an hour. I got a call and an email telling my vehicle was ready. Usually at other service centers, I've always had to call them about the status of my vehicle. Even more maddening is the other service centers will say, "oh, it's been ready for a few hours." Quick service, plenty of notification about when the car was ready. I bought both of my Mazdas used from other places, but I will only have them serviced here. More
Lots of credit to Bobby Mack I showed up to drop my car off, but the person at the desk had just left. I walked into the dealership, because I traveled 30 minutes and didn't want I showed up to drop my car off, but the person at the desk had just left. I walked into the dealership, because I traveled 30 minutes and didn't want to have to come back. Bobby Mack remembered me from May and walked over to greet me. I handed him my key and asked him to please make sure my car was serviced the next day. At 8AM the next day, I received a call from the service manager letting me know that he was working on my car, another call when my car was completed, and another call when I didn't respond (dealing with a sick kid). I truly appreciated the white glove treatment I got from the entire team, but would gladly recommend Bobby Mack for the outstanding service he consistently provides. More

In the past 12 years I have purchased Acura, Jeep, Subaru, Ford, BMW and Tesla vehicles. Mazda of Rowell's service is among the best customer experiences I have had. Great job! More

However, I really have always felt like the service at this dealership is honest and the price isn't too bad. As a woman who knows she doesn't know things about her car, it's really important to me to feel like they're communicating with me and not just charging me for a bunch of things I don't need. I would recommend this place to my friends and family for sure. The waiting area is also pretty nice, there are snacks and drinks, free wifi and nice bathrooms, which meets all my criteria, anyway. More
