After seeing the CX5, we went on shopping because we just couldnt buy the first thing we saw. But nothing compared to it in our price range. We didnt buy that day and then my husband broke his leg; we stopped looking. I continued to shop and compare online. Finally, on 12/31/18, we set out again. Because Charlie had done such a wonderful job showing, explaining, and demonstrating the features on the CX5, we knew we had to go back to him. He was patient and kind and interested in our needs in a car. All the technology seemed overwhelming at first but Charlie really broke it down and demonstrated its value and let us practice with it....hands on is best.
