Oil change 2.5 hrs. For an oil change is a little much . Someone dropped the ball. Brandon forgot to put paper work in. The paper work we got back had 3 minutes 2.5 hrs. Oil change service I had my oil changed there yesterday and was unhappy of how long it took and with no communication while I waited for this service. I usually schedule an appointment but when I tried to do that I was hung up on and then when I called back I was put on hold for ever only later to be told that they were all busy any would have to be called back? But I never received a call back so I just went up there. More

Went, Found It, Got It! Once again, we went to Lee's Summit Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and looked up our favorite salesman, Jack. We expressed what we wanted and was looking fo Once again, we went to Lee's Summit Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and looked up our favorite salesman, Jack. We expressed what we wanted and was looking for and he took it from there. He showed us some beautiful trucks and pointed out special features on several of them for us. Then it happened! He directed us to the truck that soon would be ours! After getting familiarized with the truck, okay- we started the bonding process with the truck- Jack went to working his magic with Jonathan to get the paperwork going. The truck is awesome and we couldn't be happier with it and with the process it took to get the deal wrapped up. This is why we continue going to this dealership. Jack knows his stuff and is so patient and isn't afraid to take on any questions we have for him about the vehicle we are interested in. We are so pleased with our shopping experience, Jack is now in the process of finding a car for me. Got to find just the right one and I know, Jack will find it. More
