Cannot reach anyone I cannot express how frustrated I am with the communication of this service department. I called the number listed as the direct number for the servi I cannot express how frustrated I am with the communication of this service department. I called the number listed as the direct number for the service department. Then I have to press "1" to get service. Then it goes to the general operator whom I have to tell I want service. Finally I get put on hold for an extended period. Then the operator comes back on the line and tells me they are tied up and ask if they can take a number to call me back. This went on for a week. I never received a callback. This was just to make an appt. Finally I reached them and when we showed up for the appointed time they seemed confused and not to have a record of the appt. OK. We dropped our vehicle off on Friday. We have not received an update and have been in the same loop of trying to call. Yesterday I finally asked to remain on hold. Finally got the service dept. Spoke with Missy. She was going to call me back. Here it is 24 hours later and I am on hold again because she did not call me. Is there anyone there who answers the phone in the service department? I was not trying to rush them. I just wanted to know what the status was so I could plan around it. ANSWER THE PHONE PEOPLE. This is no bueno. EDIT: I did receive a reply from the dealership via this website. It was very prompt. I appreciate how quickly they responded and that I was given a direct number to call. More

The interior wasn't the cleanest. We didn't really like the pressure of the extended warranty during the paperwork process. Also still waiting on title paperwork almost two weeks later. More

The worst dealership ever I purchased a Jeep brand new in September 2015. The service department is terrible. I bought the 20 oil change and multiple different warranties. Now, I purchased a Jeep brand new in September 2015. The service department is terrible. I bought the 20 oil change and multiple different warranties. Now, I drive up to 5K miles every 6 weeks. When an oil change at your service center takes 2.5 hours through the express lane or with an appointment, that makes it less than convenient. I had a major break down a over a week ago. I had the jeep towed by Chrysler Roadside to this dealership. I did not receive one phone call from the dealership. I called them to find out details. "We will give you a call when we find out the problem." I was told this by Missy. Four days go by without a phone call. I called and asked what was wrong and what was taking so long for them to call me. "Your jeep will be done by the end of the day." This was Tuesday. I called Tuesday at 1723 requesting info on the status. I was told I'd get a call back that evening. Wednesday morning comes. No phone call from the dealership. So I called at 0812. I got a "the part that was ordered was broke but there will be another part coming in today. The jeep will be done by the end of today and I'll call you later this morning once that part arrives so you can be kept informed." This is what Missy said. No phone call received. I call at 1533 Wednesday afternoon to check status again. Per Missy "we don't have a transmission technician working today. He had a family emergency." Wonderful. While I am sympathetic to emergencies, a phone call telling me that would have been wonderful. I was to leave for vacation the following day but since the jeep was still not repaired, I had to change my schedule. Thursday morning comes, I call to see what was going on this time. They said the jeep would be ready by noon. Perfect. They called and I went to pick up the jeep. I went straight to Mazda and traded it in on a better vehicle. Their dealership and service department know what customer service is. Your dealership does not. More
Quick oil change/tire rotation I didn't have an appt. for my oil change and went to the dealership early to get in the first come first serve line.
