The service department customer service is unprofessional and dismissive of customers. You’ll walk in and the 4 service advisors will ignore you. I’m an out of state buyer and on price alone, the Ram was worth the trip. But Dakota and Greg made my experience from two states away feel like I was at the dealership. They were incredibly responsive over text and phone. They took the time to send me videos with commentary and their own personal feelings about the vehicle (good and bad). The finance manager, David was pretty great (for a Michigan Wolverine). My only real knock on the whole process is that the dealership doesn’t do anything to roll in the out of state fees for taxes and registration. That creates a problem for the buyer when they register their vehicle in their state and they have to come up with the tax money at the DMV. More
