I waited just over an hour for the scheduled maintenance, an oil change, tire rotation and maintenance check. They performed the service and filled the DEF tank while I was sitting in the lounge. They have free Wi-Fi an d several desk carrels so you can get some work done while you wait. They also have free Starbucks coffee and Tao tea plus bottled water available for customers. If you need to leave the car for a longer period they have a courtesy van and loaner cars available. This could not have been much easier. More

I worked with Erik Fish (over the phone) and with Ngunza "G" Kisangani (in person) and they were both great! Erik and G were both very attentive and quick to respond to any questions. And when I worked with G at the dealership, he was very friendly, informative, and upfront about everything. I had been shopping for a car for a few months, and I had been to many dealerships in and around the KC area, but the service that I received here was by far the best! I have worked in the hospitality business for over 21 years, I know excellent customer service when I see one. The only thing that Dylan couldn't do was to stop the rain that was coming down heavily. I told them what I wanted and they produced the exact car to fit my needs. I came in Thursday afternoon and we were signing papers Friday morning. Jason Gordon then got us unbelievable financing, warranty and road hazard plans. I got a great car at a fair price and never once felt pressured into anything. I love my new car and will buy the next one here. More

I recently purchased a 2016 Camaro 2SS from Wayne Rogers (Internet Sales Manager) at McCarthy Chevrolet Lee's Summit, 945 SE Oldham Pkwy, Lees Summit, MO 64081 during July of 2017. I was a little apprehensive because I live in Albuquerque New Mexico, nevertheless, I communicated with Wayne via email and then called him to confirm the purchase. He sent me a video of the car I was purchasing, which provide an excellent view of the entire vehicle and provided all of the specs. We negotiated the price of my trade-in and after a lot of back and forth he gave me what I wanted. I drove to McCarthy Chevrolet, met Wayne and left the dealer within two hours with my car. I am completely satisfied with the car and with my experience with Wayne and the dealership. More
