Ray Mullenaux was our salesperson, and we loved working with him. Our truck was priced extremely well, lower than any other in the region. It was still going through the body shop when I called about it, and I learned that a lot of people had been calling on it as well. Even though we could not drive that particular vehicle (it was in the body shop for another few days being perfected), they had another SLT, and Ray suggested we come in and take that one for a drive. We did and my wife loved it, so we were able to go ahead and start paperwork on our truck before it was even ready. Our Yukon was ready yesterday, and we have to give a big shout out to the service department. They had it in perfect condition. Morse had also done a 172 point inspection on their own, and fixed a bunch of other things (one headlight was dim so they replaced the whole assembly, new steering gear, they repainted the front bumper because they weren't happy with the job done by a previous shop from previous owner). We had considered buying an escalade from another dealer, but that dealer couldn't fix an issue with the dash where it had become separated and the foam was visible, and they wouldn't replace it either. They just said they had to sell it that way. Morse Chevrolet did a VERY thorough inspection and just replaced anything that wasn't up to their standards. I really appreciate that. The whole staff was very patient with us, as we had to spend a lot of time there with our 2 boys, 3 years old and 11 months old, who were not always happy to be there! I came in preapproved with Capitol One Auto Finance, but finance beat their rate and saved us some money. And finally, Ray steered us to adding Katzkin leather, as that was my only reservation about buying the SLE (cloth seats). So we are having better than factory leather (in my opinion) and seat heaters installed by them for honestly a fraction of the cost of the GM leather option (not available in the SLE). So out the door, with leather, we still had the best priced SLE by far in the area. Couldn't be any happier, and I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Thank you Morse! When it comes to car dealers, my first instinct is not to trust and think that their prices are always higher. I've been dealing with Jason in the service department for about two years now and I can not be more impressed with the length of effort they will go to, to get your car fixed correctly and to keep the cost fair. This includes discounts and continued effort to get it under warranty. If the rest of the people there have half the values as Jason in Service. Then your at the right place! More

Called them and got an appointment two weeks later. By the time week got in the car had just over 50k. They told us couldn't warranty it and would cost us $1300+ to fix it. I told them to forget it I'll have it fixed elsewhere. Terrible service! Just another dealership trying to get in your pocket! More

Once I arrived, the first available service tech came right out so I didn't have to wait at all. When completed Charlie was friendly even while walking me to the "pay here" window :-). While it was raining I was able to walk around the new Chevy's inside the building. The waiting lounge has anything you would ever need, and right next to it is the restrooms. Vending machines for food and drink, and a TV to watch while you wait. More

Painless car buying I had a car to trade in that I had purchased not too long ago due to space constraints. As for the new vehicle, did my research prior to going and this was by far the best priced dealership in the area. Brian made the whole process as easy as possible.
