Best car buying experience ever Our salesperson was Justin Harriman. We went in to look at a VW minivan, test drove it but it just wasn't "right" for us. Justin found 2 other cars Our salesperson was Justin Harriman. We went in to look at a VW minivan, test drove it but it just wasn't "right" for us. Justin found 2 other cars in their inventory that would meet our needs and price point, and let us test drive them both. We bought the 2010 Traverse at 1/2 the interest rate we were expecting. No pressure at the sale or financing end. Fabulous! On a side note, their service department is pretty great too. More

Same Old song and dance Arrived at the dealership having made an appointment the previous day. Vehicle was not charged (Chevy Volt - Plug in Hybrid) and had both key fobs dea Arrived at the dealership having made an appointment the previous day. Vehicle was not charged (Chevy Volt - Plug in Hybrid) and had both key fobs dead. Windshield was cracked in several places and tires were worn. Salesman wandered off several times for 5 plus minutes during the deal. Flat ignored our offer at first and insisted that before he could talk numbers he had to show us the Carfax. After 3 or 4 times back to "Talk to my manager" he argued with me for 20 Minutes over $100.00! Only when I got up to walk out did we finally get serious about making a deal. Everything about this visit was Used-car lot Cliche. Very poor experience. What should have been 30 Minutes of negotiating turned into 3 hours of back and forth nonsense. When we came back to have the windshield replaced we ran into our salesperson who said, "What are you doing here" "You know you don't have to come back here for service, you can go to any other Dealership." - Unbelievable. Outstanding work and service Working through Farmer's Insurance, I unfortunately need body shop work done on two vehicles. Someone broke in to my daughter's 2009 Mazda CX-7 via a Working through Farmer's Insurance, I unfortunately need body shop work done on two vehicles. Someone broke in to my daughter's 2009 Mazda CX-7 via a 40 pound rock through the driver door window. And someone played baseball with the side mirror on my 2013 Volvo C70 while I was parked at the K. Both need >$2000 in repairs. Aaron was flawless to work with. He communicated the entire step of the way, and the work is exceptional. Well done, sir! More
