I originally was just trying to see what options I had for purchasing a used vehicle. I still owed quite a bit on my current vehicle so I knew I was probably limited in what I could purchase. I was mainly for purchasing a used vehicle. I still owed quite a bit on my current vehicle so I knew I was probably limited in what I could purchase. I was mainly shown new vehicles only, and the few used vehicles they mentioned were not even in the lot anywhere. I told the salesman I did not feel comfortable taking any vehicle home that day, yet they continued to pressure me to drive home a new vehicle and worry about financing later - and the monthly payment was not given to me until after I was there for several hours, and after I agreed to "try out" the new vehicle for one day. The payment was way beyond what I could afford, but it seemed like they didn't care about that (the financing company would pay them anyway), they just wanted to sell a new car. The salesman was very friendly, and did attempt to help me, but I feel as though they forced me to take home a vehicle I could not afford. My suggestion to them would be to listen to what the customer wants instead of trying to sell them something the dealership wants to sell. And be honest right up front about the cost of the vehicle. I would consider going back to them again under different circumstances, but this experience was not a very good one. UPDATE: I returned the vehicle the next day, and Candace was very understanding and agreed that the new car was beyond my price range and did not want me to get in over my head. She told me they will continue to see what they could find for me in a used vehicle, and with my current income/debt ratio I know it will not be easy, but I truly appreciate her efforts. I would recommend McCloskey to my friends and family because they are very friendly and they do try to work with you, but I would be sure that they know exactly what you want and can afford as soon as you walk in. More

Sarah Henning promptly greeted us and was a pleasure to work with. Sarah has a great ability to make you feel at ease and we felt right at home. Sarah was patient with us as we decided which used car we wanted to purchase. All of the other employees at McCloskey's were wonderful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal. I have told everyone I know that they should go to McCloskey's when they are buying their next car and I will keep on spreading the word as they are now number one in my book! This was a very pleasant car buying experience. Krista was personable and friendly and put us at ease for the entire process. When we first arrived they were seemingly understaffed, but I assume that's because it's normally not very busy. They work hard to get you a good deal, but like all dealerships, I still think they could ha but I assume that's because it's normally not very busy. My impressions of the dealership at first was this was a Used Car Dealership that was out to take your money. But the more I got to talking with them, they seemed to be pretty sincere. It definitely helped that they worked on a salary and not only on commission. It made the experience less stressful because they wanted to make sure that I was comfortable and drove off the lot with something I was happy with and not just a sale. I was also not swarmed with salesmen eyeballing me from afar like a vulture waiting to attack it's prey. Krista had an awesome attitude and I was happy to work with her. As picky and particular as I was being in selecting the right vehicle for me, she did not once make me feel like I was wasting her time. She took her time to find the right car. If you shop at McCloskey Motors, ask for Krista Sibell. More

I started shopping online and requested information on a Suzuki SX4 for my daughter. I talked to Neal there who was professional and really took he time to listen because I had been all over the state looki Suzuki SX4 for my daughter. I talked to Neal there who was professional and really took he time to listen because I had been all over the state looking for a specific SX4 Tech package. McCloskey's didn't have what we were looking for at first but took the time to find it and actually followed up with us! They are the only dealer that followed up with us! When we went into the showroom the experience was just as good as it had been on the phone. We worked with John and one of the sales managers, Austin, who were both very informative and seemed to really care about us. In the end we got a great deal and a great car for my daughter. Good job McCloskey Suzuki! More

Talked to Ana Maria on the phone about a car. She informed me that the car had a clean CarFax and no accidents. Drove 60 miles after work to see the car in the middle of the week. Car's hood didn’t informed me that the car had a clean CarFax and no accidents. Drove 60 miles after work to see the car in the middle of the week. Car's hood didn’t fit right so I questioned them about it. They pulled a CarFax and tried giving me a filter one first which showed nothing out of the ordinary. After asking for an unfiltered report found out that the car was in an accident. Joe Jr tried to tell me then that there was no damage to the frame. How did he know that after not knowing the car was in an accident? Wanted to know if I wanted to look at other cars, I laughed and left. Stereotypical used car sales man tricks, playing dumb, hidden fees (they charge a $599 deliver and handling fee also they have a licensing fee listed as well) and lying. All buyers should be wary of any promises they make and research any car you buy from them and of course have the cars inspected by an independent mechanic! Thanks for wasting over three hours of my life!!! More
