Just like any dealership they are right there waiting to answer every question. The buying part was easy. But beware you’re buying a semi used vehicle. With real world damages scuffs scrapes . My wife got flown out to pick up the car (thanks for that). She noticed scratches on almost every interior panel and Nick just said let me get someone to removed those. I was on FaceTime and could clearly see the scratches were not coming out from amorall. He just said “Eh”. It was also raining and he had to be instructed to get an umbrella for my wife to walk her out and used the umbrella on himself only. I asked him to remedy the situation since he said everything would be made right and that’s when I started getting ignored. I called,texted him even used the company messaging portal. Other people would reply saying they were going to contact him and never did get back to me. Almost every panel inside is scratched and scuffed. You guys need to have some vehicles strictly on the lot not used as loaners. I requested a new vehicle and was insisted that was the only one. I’m sure the paperwork was probably already drawn up and didn’t want to change a vin on it. I asked him to get a new vehicle. I told him the loaner program is like buying a brand new built home but before you move in you need to let a family move in for 6months before you get the keys. You don’t know how they are going to treat it. Anyways now my backup camera has moisture inside and again I was told nothing on how to go about it or all the scratches inside the car. I was just told “EH”. I just want this made right More

Well my truck was delivered with a oil leak they acted surprised when I let them know wanted me to drive it 200 plus miles with oil pouring and they said thats all they can do is me bring it to them so I surprised when I let them know wanted me to drive it 200 plus miles with oil pouring and they said thats all they can do is me bring it to them so I wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone and I wont be returning I can get screwed over closer to home the same as they did More
So I made my appointment and Ethan was my sales rep. Ethan is amazing and he is very patient. When you go in to buy a car he is very helpful finding what you want within your budget. I responded via the email survey but happy to iterate: the check in & out for service is not professional. You walk into the service dept. & not a single person tells you where to go nor acknowledges cust the check in & out for service is not professional. You walk into the service dept. & not a single person tells you where to go nor acknowledges customers. You have to figure it out & wait randomly. I finally saw an attendant who clearly did not have any customers yet he saw me walk in & didn't offer to help even though I had an appointment. Now I remember his name was BJ. When informants that the car was ready, it was another waiting game. When I told him that this process was not very efficient he just said, 'well we have a high volume' Either your service people are unhappy & overworked or need training. More
