Without your real name, we cannot research your situation. We are truly sorry for the way that you feel about your sales experience. As far as the delivery of the vehicle, if any consumer wishes to pay for a truck to delivery your vehicle, you can/could always do so. If you don't go that route, we have a team of logistics drivers that delivers the vehicle right to your driveway. We don't use our traveling glass showroom to deliver a long distance (hundreds of miles) away. We do this because the truck is very large and the road conditions are unknown. Additionally, there are usually types of roads that might be encountered along the way that would be difficult (or perhaps impossible) to navigate around. Justin Ryan-Haile is my real name but when I purchased the vehicle it was just, Justin Ryan and while I do appreciate your response and wanting to make things right this is the second time I’ve experienced communication issues so I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. The delivery of my first vehicle back in August 2020 which was a 2018 Honda Civic, it was not discussed with me about my delivery options and I was made to believe that the vehicle would be delivered on a truck and not driven. I only lived in Columbus at the time so I was not hundreds of miles a way by any means. By the time the driver did eventually show I also wasn’t aware that he would have to drive my trade in back to the dealership with my tags still on the car. This took several follow up attempts on my end to get my plates sent back to me because they were personalized tags through the mail while also waiting for the second key that was promised to me in my paperwork-which I still have that says so. I figured even though I had issues with McCluskey prior but still got a great vehicle that had no issues that, I would bring my repeat business back now, three years later and upon filling out and submitting everything online through McCluskey’s site, I figured someone would reach out to me about the purchase of a new vehicle, instead I was met with texts that claimed my advisor would follow up with me and after days passed and me continuing to call and text as well as email it just then became old and I was over it. A customer should never have to chase down the dealership to purchase a vehicle. I even asked to be assigned a different advisor but was told that since Glen already had my file cause he worked with me before that I wasn’t able to. I even explained the issues I had with him the first time around when I made my first purchase from McCluskey. Thanks again for responding back Karen, I do appreciate it but because this happened again with the communication issues, I have decided not to bring my business back to McCluskey going forward.

We don't commit fraud, it's not how we would ever operate after over 50 years in business. Although she used a different "name" on this review, this customer is known to our dealership. In an effort to alleviate any misunderstandings about the "notary" issue she references, we have even sent her the statement, from the Ohio Revised Code with regards to notarization, and why here thinking is wrong about her being in front of a notary public to sign some of the documentation to title a vehicle into any consumer's name. We adhere to all laws whether local, state or federally mandated and always will. You purchased an AS IS vehicle with over 140,000 miles when purchased. At the time of purchase, there was not tranny failure, No one can predict what MIGHT occur in the future. Every piece of inventory we have on our website has the capability of the consumer looking at the CarFax. It is not automatically provided by us for this reason, but if a customer didn't know/see it on our website and if they asked for same, we'd happily provide this for them, and you are wrong - it is not the LAW to provide a CarFax to any consumer for all the reasons we've indicated herein. Even though you purchased an AS IS vehicle, and you signed that statement indicating that McCluskey is NOT responsible for any repairs, we stepped up, had you vehicle towed here (at our cost), diagnosed your vehicle (at our cost), and offered to pay 1/2 of YOUR repair bill - of which you refused - and then you asked us to have the vehicle towed back to you! Once you refused the offer we made, towing the vehicle back to you and us paying for it isn't/wasn't something that should have been even asked of us - but we went ahead and absorbed that cost as well as a measure of customer goodwill. McCluskey has bent over backwards to TRY to appease Sherry and has done nothing wrong.

You know what I am not going to keep playing your games I will prove it in court with all the documents that will be provided to prove the opposite of what you just stated and continue to state . I have nothing to say to this company just beware to the people the truth. I am the one in the wheelchair. Due to the vehicle you sold me knowing the issues before the sale and didn't tell me until literally after signing even though I asked and was never told about the accidents I asked very clearly is there anything wrong with the car I was told no. Then when I sign there are issues you needed to deal with that's fraud. Not telling me that the vehicle was in car accidents is your duty by law to tell me that is also fraud.

There are times when there are delays for consumers due to parts or staff shortages or parts being on national back-order for a particular vehicle, of which we have no control over. We understand that any consumer wants to have their vehicle back as quicky as possible, and we also realize that not having your vehicle in your driveway is/would be an inconvenience to all of us when that doesn't occur. We replaced a locked-up engine and had no way of knowing if there was a possible transmission issue as well, until that was experienced. Our body shop elevated team member(s) have been in communication with you and has explained the process before you/us as we work towards completing your vehicle, including involving Kia's service writer as well. We understand the urgency on your end, but we can only go as fast as all of the processes that needs to be followed allows us to do. If you have any questions pertaining to this matter, you can contact our body shop manager, Chad Wessendorf. A message left for corporate office staff would entail the call back to you being directed to the elevated staff member you are currently working with or with Mr. Wessendorf. The 3 staff members you've indicated you've worked with; Brian Worley - hasn't worked here for years/Chad Wessendorf hasn't spoken with you/Tim Shaw is a service (not body shop) manager.
