There are times when there are delays for consumers due to parts or staff shortages or parts being on national back-order for a particular vehicle, of which we have no control over. We understand that any consumer wants to have their vehicle back as quicky as possible, and we also realize that not having your vehicle in your driveway is/would be an inconvenience to all of us when that doesn't occur. We replaced a locked-up engine and had no way of knowing if there was a possible transmission issue as well, until that was experienced. Our body shop elevated team member(s) have been in communication with you and has explained the process before you/us as we work towards completing your vehicle, including involving Kia's service writer as well. We understand the urgency on your end, but we can only go as fast as all of the processes that needs to be followed allows us to do. If you have any questions pertaining to this matter, you can contact our body shop manager, Chad Wessendorf. A message left for corporate office staff would entail the call back to you being directed to the elevated staff member you are currently working with or with Mr. Wessendorf. The 3 staff members you've indicated you've worked with; Brian Worley - hasn't worked here for years/Chad Wessendorf hasn't spoken with you/Tim Shaw is a service (not body shop) manager.

We have confirmed that our appointment setters for service do not confirm, in advance, that any specific vehicle will 100% comply with the coupon a consumer might have, until we see that coupon - which is sent by General Motors and not McCluskey Chevrolet. It's our understanding that the quotes on the coupon states, "price starts at" and "other services are extra." We are happy that Ariele was willing to go ahead and take an additional $13.00 off of your bill in an effort to make you happy, and we are sorry that you mistook her trying to explain to you the reason why your billing was what it was as being rude to you, which is never our intent. ma’am- with all do respect, there are not MULTIPLE SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS! Just fair reviews your company deserves after the way I was treated- but keep leaving snarky comments! Totally helps your case! Also- I was dealing with Izzy prior to her departure for maternity leave. In a normal world- I as a client would have been told not forgotten about. Know the whole story… Also, I do believe you should also have my email and my phone number. Why don’t you start with communication there rather than a review site to try and make yourself and company look better. I will be only responding that way moving forward for legal purposes. I have already sent the few expensive invoices. We shall see how well this is handled. Months. Later.
