I bought a 2013 Jeep from McConnell in April 2021, I also bought the three year extended ccx warranty. They have had my Jeep for 3 weeks and claim that they can't get the part to fix it until 3 more weeks. T bought the three year extended ccx warranty. They have had my Jeep for 3 weeks and claim that they can't get the part to fix it until 3 more weeks. The part is readily available on the Internet from dozens of vendors. They have not offered me a loaner vehicle, they are not customer friendly and they are being not helpful. They claimed that the battery was bad, after I charged and checked the battery before it was taken back to them the 2nd time. I've been a customer of this Dealership since 1977, and I have purchased dozens of vehicles from them in the past. They are not treating me right and making things impossible. I'm angry and disappointed in how they treat their long time customers. More

We were in route home to Anderson SC from Baton Rouge, LA on a Sunday afternoon. We experienced car trouble in Mississippi, a few miles from Mobile. Our vehicle was towed to McConnell Buick GMC, (the best c on a Sunday afternoon. We experienced car trouble in Mississippi, a few miles from Mobile. Our vehicle was towed to McConnell Buick GMC, (the best choice we could have made). We called on Monday morning to inform them that the vehicle overheated and we had towed it there for repair. The Technician(s) were awesome. He stated that the ticket was already in process for repair. That he would do his best to have the repairs completed on Monday. He explained the problem which resulted in the water pump gone bad. We decided to go to the location. We arrived around 3 PM. The technician greeted us and told us our vehicle should be ready in 30 minutes. As we were walking back to our Uber ride to get our luggage, the Technician told us he was about to pull the vehicle out. We were back on the road by 3:30 PM headed home. This is the best service department by far. They are caring, understanding, professional and do all they can to please the customers. More

I was researching a used truck that had orinially been sold by McConnell Buick GMC, they had also serviced it and completed body work for the original owner. The dealership that I was purchasing the truck sold by McConnell Buick GMC, they had also serviced it and completed body work for the original owner. The dealership that I was purchasing the truck from was in Birmingham, AL and had no connection to McConnell Automotive. McConnell did not make a penny off of the sale but James supplied me with the service records, all 40 pages. When I had some questions about the body work that they had done on the truck he put me in touch with Gary. Gary spent 30 minutes on the phone telling me about the truck's history and the work that they had done on it. The customer service that these two gentlemen provided me went far beyond anything I expected. If I did not live in Jacksonville, FL, McConnell would be my dealership of choice, these guys are amazing. Thanks James and Gary! More
