Awesome experience Frankie at McDonald was awesome. I work full time and he went out of his way twice to bring a vehicle to me so I could see it. He also got me pricing Frankie at McDonald was awesome. I work full time and he went out of his way twice to bring a vehicle to me so I could see it. He also got me pricing for 4 different vehicles, two of which being Chevrolet. He got me the best deal I found out of 4 dealerships for what I wanted and the transaction was smooth. I was very nervous and they made me feel comfortable. I had no intention of buying a vehicle when I came in to test drive. Randy Kropp worked hard to meet my financial requirements and put me in a luxury I had no intention of buying a vehicle when I came in to test drive. I also appreciated Randy saying I could contact him directly after the purchase (multiple times) if I had additional questions. That's made me feel like he wasn't just trying to close a deal. He was honest and spent a great deal of time and effort so I was able to get what I really wanted! The whole team were friendly and helpful through out the whole process. Randy even helped me clean out my truck, set up OnStar, XM and blue tooth phone. Super nice! More
