Guy was nice but wont return our calls now. So, my mom bought me a 2001 Chevy Impala from the used dealership here. The guy we had was very nice and helpful. I've had the car for about 3 weeks n So, my mom bought me a 2001 Chevy Impala from the used dealership here. The guy we had was very nice and helpful. I've had the car for about 3 weeks now. I had called Bob a few days after having the car about all the problems with it, he said he would try to find me something different, said he would call on Tuesday, November 21st and let us know if he found anything or had some news for us. He never called, my mom and I have both tried to call him, I even left him a voicemail. He still has not called us back. I guess, I would appreciate it if he could've at least called us back and told us if he had found anything else or not. The car now needs a tie rod, key ignition switch, and my blinkers also barely work. Not very happy at all.... More
