Piece of cake Went in there to find a new crossover and my grandson recommended seeing grant there. Grant sure did make it very easy to find the right car for me. I live in clarkson so when it got late he told me just to take the car home and on my way thru tomorrow we'll just the paperwork and you'll be done. Such a bad experience Found my dream car and they day of pick up they told us that they didn't have title to car so it would be a day or two which was fine but a whole week Found my dream car and they day of pick up they told us that they didn't have title to car so it would be a day or two which was fine but a whole week went by and we didn't receive a call or anything we called to inquire only for them to tell us car was sold we felt so betrayed cheated hurt can't describe feeling but what made it worst was how Grant And Shauna dealt with us we had to call them and inquire only to be lied too dealer was telling us one thing and manager another basically my financing wasn't as good as cash horrible experience I wouldn't recommend them More
